Whats included in our IT Support Contracts?
Our standard IT Support cover is available 9:30am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday. However, our contracts are flexible and we can also provide weekend and 24 hour IT Support cover.
Every IT Support contract includes strict SLAs, unlimited remote support for all staff where they can speak directly to an engineer and a monthly performance report.
All our IT Support contracts also provide a standard level of IT Security which includes proactive server, PC, Switches/Access Point/Router and Firewall monitoring and patch management. Each client is assigned an Account Manager to undertake quarterly review meetings to ensure your IT Strategy is kept on track.
We act as an Outsourced IT Support provider for the majority of our clients but we are also appointed to work alongside internal IT departments to provide a IT Infrastructure, IT Consultancy , IT Transformation and Network Support Services across the London area.
Our specialist IT Consultants will analyse your existing IT setup and identify a new, more efficient way of working using the latest Cloud technologies. Aside from our specialist Consultancy, our 24 hour IT Support Service is particularly appealing to the larger businesses in London who require fast response times around the clock
